Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer's packaging with all manuals and accessories included.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the box, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
